Project for Mindworks Lab

WHAT

Mindworks Lab is developing a post-conversation experience using AI to visualise and organise conversations about the cost of living crisis.

WHY

This design solution allows Mindworks to identify patterns of action and create campaign strategies. Automating design synthesis and administrative processes makes the platform scalable and efficient, enabling more people to participate in conversation experiences.





The Platform

Mindworks Lab created a platform connecting strangers to address urgent problems like the cost of living crisis and climate emergency. It empowers users to create solutions and connect with stakeholders to develop strategies through real voices.

THE AIM

The goal is to empower participants to see the impact and real value of their conversations. They can use their insights to find the conclusions of these conversations and showcase their ever-changing nature.



FULL Conversation Experience


This project focuses on implementing interaction number 4 (see diagram on right) for the post-conversation experience, and leveraging information from interaction number 5 to create conversation conclusions.

Brief 01: Creating a “Moment of Pride” through conversations


Service design of how users will visualise conversation conclusions using AI image generation.

Creating an automation flow to deliver email of post conversation conclusions and partner messages to participants to showcase the value and impact of their conversation outcomes.

Creating outreach by automating and showcasing the constantly changing synthesis of participant’s learning through their conversations with AI.
