PART III - UNTANGLING COMPLEXITIES

Every day, the world becomes more and more complicated.

Even something as simple as lighting our homes with a candle has become a complex process involving connecting power plants to a series of grids, which are then operated to power our houses.

"Untangling Complexities" is a collection of UX/UI projects for National Grid and NHS which I worked on during my time at IBM iX that use modern design principles and technology to enhance outdated software, ultimately improving user experience in critical environments such as hospitals and energy grids.

This helps ensure that the software meets the needs of its users and supports their work more effectively.

Instead of seeing technology as a burden, it can be used to support humans.
